No. Our suborbital flights are designed for healthy adults across a wide range of ages and fitness levels. You'll complete a medical screening and training program that prepares your body for the G-forces and weightlessness. Most of our astronauts are everyday people, not professional pilots.
Suborbital missions include two days of training; orbital missions include four days; and lunar missions require roughly two weeks. Training covers centrifuge sessions, zero-G parabolic flights, emergency procedures, and full mission rehearsals at our desert campus.
Yes. Your reservation deposit is fully refundable up until you begin your training program. After that, it converts to a mission credit that can be transferred to a future launch window if needed.
Across 41 crewed launches we've maintained a 100% safe-return record. Every vehicle is human-rated, flight-tested extensively before carrying passengers, and equipped with full launch-abort systems. Safety is the single non-negotiable of every mission.
